Creatine Study

Purpose: To determine if creatine supplementation can influence levels of fatigue, brain activity, or mood?


Creatine monohydrate is a highly researched drug. It is best known for boosting performance during short, intense workouts. It helps your muscles make more phosphocreatine, which acts as an energy reserve. Furthermore, there is a growing body of research exploring the potential benefits of creatine in regards to cognitive function. 

  • Your Time Commitment: 4 week trial, 2 visits at 1 hour each

This study is a randomized double-blind placebo controlled study. Participants are asked to take supplements, wear a watch which tracks sleep architecture, heart rate, and pysical activity, and provide a saliva and finger poke blood sample. Markers of stress, sleep, and adaptability will be analyzed. All participants are eligible to receive their data at the end of the study.
