Purpose: To understand the relationship between our diet and our mental health and brain activity.
- Question: Can we use neuroimaging to gain insight into the relationship between diet and cognitive function?
- Your Time Commitment: 1 hour in a one-time visit
- Benefits: Learning more about your cognitive function and food intake while contributing to science on how to help promote mental health through nutrition.
- You can participate in the study if you are 18 years or older, comfortable sharing information about your diet, mental health, and sleep, and comfortable wearing a neuroimaging device (functional near infrared spectroscopy) for approximately 5-15 minutes
