Athletic STudy
Purpose: Use the FNIRS device to understand brain region recruitment during physical activity.
Question: What is going on in the brain of athletes when they succeed versus fail?
- Your time commitment: approximately 1 hour in a one time visit.
- You will wear a neuroimaging device (fNIRS) while completing a drill in your specific sport
- Benefit: We can understand the neural correlates of athletic success to promote resilience in athletes
